  • After that, a single touch is all it takes to get in.

What to do if you're having trouble logging in?

The solution to most login issues is simply using the "Forgot password?" option. If OTP login also isn't working, contact bhago's 24/7 live support — issues are resolved in an average of 90 seconds.

Bhago has put extensive measures in place to protect your account — but your own habits matter just as much.

Use a strong password
Use at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or name as your password.
Never share your password with anyone
bhago will never ask for your password or OTP over a call or message. If anyone does, report it to support immediately.
Never share your OTP
The OTP sent to your mobile is for your use only. Never share it with anyone — familiar or not. This is the most common method used by scammers.
Always log out when you're done
If you log in from someone else's phone or computer, always log out before you leave. You can also end remote sessions from your Profile.
Caution on public Wi-Fi
Be cautious when logging in over restaurant or café Wi-Fi. Use mobile data whenever possible.
Change your password regularly
It's good practice to change your password every 3 months. Changing your password will automatically end all active sessions.
