These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the bhago platform ("bhago", "we", "us") and the user ("member", "you"). By accessing bhago's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are agreeing to these Terms in full.

Bhago is one of Bangladesh's most widely used and trusted online gaming platforms. We believe in transparency — which is why these Terms are written in plain, straightforward language, so every member is fully aware of their rights and responsibilities.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with bhago:

• Each individual may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Bhago follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for security purposes. Prior to withdrawal, or at any time, bhago may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if KYC verification is not yet complete.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on bhago is ৳100 (one hundred BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and USDT. Deposits are credited to your account instantly under normal circumstances.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are only permitted via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed in an average of 2 minutes.
• Processing may be delayed in cases of security verification or suspicious activity.

Bhago's bonuses and promotional offers are designed to provide extra value to members. Each bonus, however, comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus (150%)

• New members receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered ×20.
• Wagering completion deadline: 30 days.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, per new account.

Cashback & Other Bonuses

Terms for weekly cashback, free spins, and special event bonuses are stated separately in each offer. Bhago reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on bhago:

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (ten BDT). Maximum bet amounts vary by game and event.
• Sports Betting: If odds change after being set, the updated odds will apply unless the bet has already been confirmed.
• Live Betting: If your internet connection drops during Live Betting, the last recorded bet will be considered final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Technical Errors: bhago reserves the right to reclaim any winnings resulting from an obvious error in the gaming software.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bhago platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the gaming system or engaging in any form of technical fraud.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Placing bets using robots, bots, or automated software.

• Threatening or harassing other members or Bhago staff.

Bhago reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account under the following circumstances:

Upon account closure, any bonus balance will be forfeited. However, if funds deposited by the member were earned through legitimate activity, a refund request may be submitted.

Bhago is not liable for the following:

• Disruptions to gaming sessions due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures within third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Losses resulting from sharing your account password with others.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Bhago reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance through the following means:

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
